As a Business Development Manager , you will lead sales and pre-sales activities across the LATAM market: Drive business development initiatives across LATAM, collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored solutions meeting customer needs. Main point of contact for pricing and technical topics, supporting Sales Team efforts. Key Responsibilities Include: End-to-end business development leadership, from prospecting to closing large-scale deals. Responsible for scoping deals with customers and defining business strategic plans. Support Sales Team during pre-sales and sales phases (acquisition, proposal, delivery). Consultative Sales approach, understanding customer viewpoints and proposing feasible, strategically aligned solutions. Lead project team meetings and customer meetings as required. Collaborate fully with internal stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets. Manage resources (direct or matrix mode) to ensure project goals are met. Evaluate, track, and assure performance and quality of pre-sales-related engagement and deliverables. Identify and assign roles to team members. Manage CRM data quality, sales pipeline, and execution of sales campaigns and performance targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Public speaking experience and high presentation skills. Strong interaction capabilities with all stakeholders, from technical experts to C-Level management. English and Spanish are mandatory. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT, or a closely related field is also required.
