We're currently looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to join our team. If you're seeking new challenges, keep reading

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development experience (working with Ruby on Rails).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL and MySQL) and experience with database design and optimization.
  • Understanding of background job processing systems.
  • Skilled in managing systems that serve numerous users simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Advanced English level (B2 or higher).

This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Latin America.
