Amplify Tech Labs is partnering with a leading online lender that empowers small businesses to get access to loans digitally. We are seeking an experiencedSenior Go Developer to join their innovative team and help build the financial tools that drive business growth. If you are passionate about building scalable, high-performance backend systems and want to make a tangible impact in the FinTech space, this is the role for you.

What you'll do

  • Design and build efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services and APIs usingGo .
  • Architect scalable software systems, design data models, and contribute to the evolution of our microservices platform.
  • Ensure code quality and reliability through comprehensive unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with your team through constructive code reviews to maintain high standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Own the deployment lifecycle , using tools likeDocker andKubernetes to ship and monitor applications in a production environment.
  • Maintain and enhance existing services built withRuby on Rails .

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Deep expertise inGo (Golang) , including a strong understanding of concurrency patterns (goroutines,channels).
  • Professional experience withRuby on Rails .
  • Proven ability to design and implement robust APIs (REST, gRPC).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker ) and orchestration (Kubernetes ).
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for writing clean, well-tested code.
