About The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce Cloud ecosystem. You will be a valued member of the Moment team, working closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features using Lightning components and other modern Salesforce technologies. Your expertise will be key in driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence across projects.

About The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce Cloud ecosystem. You will be a valued member of the Moment team, working closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features using Lightning components and other modern Salesforce technologies. Your expertise will be key in driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence across projects.
In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure platform optimization.
Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Advanced English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
  • Solid understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
These will help you stand out
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and data governance best practices.
  • Experience working with global teams and enterprise-level implementations.
