A healthcare company is looking for a Fullstack Developer (Node.js 70%, React.js 30%) to help them develop an innovative healthcare management platform.
Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of core platform features using TypeScript, Node.js and React
  • Implement and optimize database interactions using TypeORM and PostgreSQL
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement multi-disciplinary features
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years.
  • Language: Good English level.
  • TypeScript & Node.js Frameworks: Solid level. Express.js and/or NestJS. - 70%
  • ORMs: TypeORM or MikroORM (advanced entity modeling, custom repositories).
  • Databases: Solid level. SQL and/or PostgreSQL (query planning, partitioning, JSONB, indexing, transaction isolation).
  • API Design: REST (schema design, versioning, performance tuning).
  • Testing: Jest, Supertest, React Testing Library; TDD and contract testing.
  • Frontend: React (react-query, react-dom, mui). - 30%
  • Mobile: ReactNative (cross‑platform UI, native modules). some experience is needed.
  • CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD pipelines, coverage gates, release workflows.
  • Containerization: Docker.
