They're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong backend orientation to lead the development of scalable web applications and services. You'll join a highly collaborative, fast-moving startup environment where your impact will be immediate and visible.

Eligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.

What You'll Do
  • Lead backend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud-native tools on AWS
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers working with React/Next.js
  • Design, build, and maintain robust APIs and backend services
  • Participate in architecture discussions, implementation planning, and performance optimization
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and documentation
  • Use AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate delivery
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Experience with React/Next.js (solid understanding of the frontend, though not your main focus)
  • Deep understanding of cloud services and infrastructure on AWS
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable, production-ready APIs
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced dev tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or similar
  • Startup experience – ability to prioritize, execute quickly, and wear multiple hats
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
  • Background in SaaS platforms or proptech
Schedule

Monday to Friday, between 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
