**Responsibilities**:
The Brand and Reputation Marketing team is tasked with demonstrating the company´s contribution to the societies and economies of the countries where we operate.
The team’s focus areas are proving the company’s helpfulness in driving economic growth and showing the company’s digital responsibility.
The Events ‐ Marketing Program Manager will help to coordinate and execute the most important event of the year. The person will be responsible for event operations, program management and stakeholders alignment.
**Overall Responsibilities**:
Manage and control the event's tasks and meline.
Support approval and alignment mettings guaranteeing the event's tasks are delivered mely.
Support event creative assets, videos and scripts approvals.
**Requisitos**:
Exceptional project management skills.
Organizational skills.
Ability to communicate English and Portuguese fluently.
Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously with mínimal direct supervision while managing day to day activities.
Education ­ BA in Business Administration, Marketing or related areas.
Years of experience in managing marketing projects.
Desired
Experience as project manager, Negotiation, interpersonal skills.
Experience in organization of big events.
Event strategy experience.
