Job Responsibilities

  • Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, maintain datasource, build data dashboards, and generate periodic data reports for visualization.
  • Monitor warehousing operational health; develop frameworks to improve efficiency and provide optimization suggestions for processes, labor, and capacity planning.
  • Provide data support for projects; assist warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth operations.
  • Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.
  • Proficient in SQL, data tools (Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis; strong methodologies.
  • English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong under pressure, responsible, and able to adapt to various data analysis requirements.
