Responsibilities
  • Participate in shift rotation to respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents.
  • Monitor infrastructure issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog, with full access to the infrastructure.
  • Perform regular maintenance, debugging, enhancement, and development tasks on the product infrastructure.
  • Document actions to facilitate automation and repeatability.
  • Optimize and implement automation across projects using Ansible.
  • Develop and improve services using Python, Bash, or other suitable tools.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English, capable of working with a global team.
  • Experience in Linux system administration with a passion for monitoring and operations.
  • Practical knowledge of bash scripting for debugging logs, services, and network/firewall issues.
  • Strong desire to learn and innovate.
  • Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Nice to have: scripting skills in Python, PHP, Bash, Go, or other languages.
