The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87,000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. Job Description Oversee the calculation and collection of indirect taxes. Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD‑Contributions, GIA, etc.). Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impacts on the business. Review tax processes to mitigate risks and identify tax savings opportunities. Lead Tax Transformation projects, including automation of tax routines, systems integration, and adoption of emerging technologies. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications. Manage the tax team, promoting technical development and alignment with department goals. Interact with departments such as Accounting, Legal, Purchasing, and IT to ensure integration and efficiency in tax processes. Knowledge of Tax Reform, especially regarding CBS, IBS, IS, and their impacts on tax documents and ERP systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Tax Management is considered a plus. Solid experience in indirect taxes and ancillary obligations. Proven experience in Tax Transformation projects (e.g., tax automation, ERP, RPA, analytics). Advanced knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation. Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and the Guepardo Tax Solution, as well as tax automation tools.
