What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive and manage HR customer experience, including program administration and talent management
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and build organizational capabilities
  • Advise leadership on compensation and budgeting practices
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide proactive consultation to address business issues
  • Design and implement succession plans and development plans for high-potential employees
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with senior leadership preferred
  • Professional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday, Zendesk, and Monday.com preferred

  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of human resources technical areas
  • Proven track record in increasing employee engagement and reducing turnover rates
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing HR goals and initiatives
  • Experience in crisis management and problem-solving within HR contexts
