- Drive and manage HR customer experience, including program administration and talent management
- Partner with business leaders to identify and build organizational capabilities
- Advise leadership on compensation and budgeting practices
- Monitor HR metrics and provide proactive consultation to address business issues
- Design and implement succession plans and development plans for high-potential employees
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working with senior leadership preferred
- Professional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- Familiarity with Workday, Zendesk, and Monday.com preferred
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership
- Advanced knowledge of human resources technical areas
- Proven track record in increasing employee engagement and reducing turnover rates
- Familiarity with developing and implementing HR goals and initiatives
- Experience in crisis management and problem-solving within HR contexts
