Senior Project Manager, Revenue Operations

Overview Senior Project Manager, Revenue Operations at Playlist. The Revenue Operations team is the critical link between the development and execution of the sales and go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include leading the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with executive stakeholders, managing the sales technology stack, and developing comprehensive project plans from discovery to completion. The teammate drives adoption of best practices, proactively manages project risks, and continuously improves project management processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic alignment skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue operations projects, managing the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and strategic alignment Develop and communicate comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets Build and lead high-performing cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to team members Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and maintain strong governance and control over project execution Drive the adoption of project management best practices, methodologies, and standards across the organization Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality Act as a leader within a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field 4-6+ years of experience in sales operations and project management, with a focus on internal sales tech stack and process improvement projects Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects In-depth knowledge of sales operations, Salesforce (CRM systems), and revenue operations strategies Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and executive leadership Project management certification (e.g., Project+, Agile, PMP) is strongly preferred Equal Opportunity Statement Playlist is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
