// e atribuiçõesEstamosem busca de um(a) Head of Media experiente, com forte domínio em estratégias de mídia offline, para liderar campanhas de grande impacto. Esta função será responsável por liderar o planejamento, execução e performance de campanhas em mídia tradicional, garantindo presença de marca em nível nacional e regional.Principais responsabilidades:
Liderar a criação e entrega de planos e assets de publicidade para TV, alinhados com a estratégia de marca e aquisição;
Ser responsávelpor campanhas em mídia Out-of-Home (OOH), rádio e impressos (jornais, revistas);
Gerenciar o relacionamento estratégico com agências de mídia e emissoras/broadcasters;
Coordenar a execução decampanhas regionais e nacionais, garantindo cobertura estratégica e mensuração de resultados;
Colaborar com outras funções de Marketing (incluindo Social, Digital, Estratégia e Planejamento e Estúdio Criativo, juntamente com as equipes Comercial, CRM e conformidade) para garantir o alinhamento com as metas de negócios e os padrões regulatórios;
Acompanhar KPIse otimizar o investimento em mídia com base em dados de alcance, impacto e retorno.Desenvolver, liderar e inspirar uma equipe de alto desempenho e engajada;
Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:
Experiência sólida com liderança de mídia offline (TV, rádio, OOH, print), preferencialmente em segmentos de alto volume como betting, fintech, bebidas, telecom ou varejo;
Histórico comprovado deentrega de campanhas de grande escala;
Capacidade de negociação com veículos, publishers e agências;
Inglês avançado(Englishis mandatory for this position);
Conhecimento emmétricasde mídia, brand lift, GRP/TRP e mensuração de impacto offline.Diferenciais:
Conhecimento no setor de entretenimento digital ou esportes;
Vivência com campanhas de alto impacto;
Familiaridade comregulamentações de publicidade do setor.Informações adicionaisTrabalho Hibrido em SP;
