Role Overview
As our Sales Operations Administrator, you'll be ensuring our sales team runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll streamline processes, harness data to drive performance, and empower our sales team to close deals faster and smarter. As our first sales operations hire, reporting to our Operations Lead, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our sales operations as we grow.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Optimized Sales Processes: Implement and supervise sales workflows, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals
- Master CRM Management: Own our CRM system (HubSpot), maintaining data accuracy, automating workflows, and generating actionable insights to boost sales performance
- Provide Data for Decisions: Create and analyze sales reports, track KPIs, and leverage analytics tools to identify trends, optimize strategies, and forecast revenue with precision
- Enable Sales Success: Document first and next educate/train the sales team on our CRM playbooks, templates, and workflows
- Streamline Order Management: Process sales orders, contracts, and invoicing; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a frictionless customer experience
- Fuel Growth Initiatives: Create lead lists for our business development team, prepare event-attendee lists, and identify new opportunities, refine outreach strategies, and support lead qualification to drive pipeline growth
- Leverage AI Tools: Utilize cutting-edge analytics and AI tools to optimize sales performance, track ROI, and drive continuous improvement across all sales operations
- Proven Operator: Experience in sales operations or administration, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment, with a track record of streamlining processes and driving results
- Data Wizard: Skilled in CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and analytics tools, with a knack for turning data into actionable strategies
- Process Guru: Expertise in implementing scalable sales processes, with a focus on efficiency and automation
- Detail-Oriented: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing meticulous attention to detail with speed
- Tool-Savvy: Proficient in project management tools, G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets), and sales enablement platforms to streamline workflows
- Adaptable & Bold: Comfortable in ambiguity, with the ability to build scalable systems and drive impact in a rapidly scaling company
