The role of Senior E-commerce Product Content Specialist is a highly experienced and detail-oriented position that manages end-to-end e-commerce listings for IT hardware and electronic products from top brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis across leading e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate product information.
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings across internal platforms and partner channels to enhance visibility and sales.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned product images, banners, and content.
- Maintain compliance with category-specific guidelines for electronic/MSP products to avoid listing issues.
- Monitor listing performance, identify issues (e.g., suppressed listings, poor visibility), and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement and brand teams to onboard new products efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce policies, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- 5–7 years minimum in e-commerce catalog management, product research, and marketplace operations (preferably in electronics or IT hardware categories).
