Join us and make impact happen with a career at TikTok.**Responsibilities**:- Be responsible for product marketing of Core Performance products (traffic and conversion campaigns, targeting, in LATAM markets- Drive growth and adoption of performance products in the market.- Partner closely with the Sales team to deeply understand user pain points, and business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.- Develop deep relationships and set product priorities with cross-functional teams, in particular marketing and communications in the market. Align activities to create a coherent external narrative.- Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving ads product. We are instrumental in setting a go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.- Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.- Ensure a market-first approach is taken in all go-to-market, identify opportunities to make vertical-based recommendations, and scale these across the sales team**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or above.- 7+ years of product marketing or product management experience with performance ad products.- 10+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes- Proven track record of creating value through strategic product marketing, i.e. developing GTM plans, activation strategies, and market research that will bring TikTok's advertising products to life- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills- Logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and professionalism- Courage to challenge, and ability to adjust in a rapidly changing business; insightful and good at independent thinking- Fluency in English.
