We are looking for an **"IT Support Technician"** to join our team in **Findlay**, Ohio, United States.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS**
**How your daily routine will be**
- Meet customer requests and incidents, solving them according to technical procedures and agreed deadlines;
- Technical Support Service in Infrastructure Level 2 for customers, in relation to the resolution of low, medium and high complexity incidents;
- Create and keep technical procedures and knowledge base up to date;
- Interact with other levels of support in order to find the right solutions;
- Perform mission critical service. Interact with the customer at all hierarchical levels;
- End-user service, helping and solving their doubts related to the support/infrastructure area.
**Important requirements**:
- Knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 operating systems;
- Assembly and disassembly of computers and notebooks, formatting and image;
- Inventory control administration;
- Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP;, file server, print server;
- Knowledge of routers, switches, WiFi;
- Knowledge of backup routines;
- Knowledge of Antivirus tools;
- Knowledge in Office 365, installation and configuration and administration of rules;
- User support, configuration of Desktops, Outlook, Exchange, installation of Applications, Hardware, Printers, etc.
**About the position**:
- Location: Findlay, Ohio - USA;
- Model: In person;
- Workdays: Monday - Friday (08am. - 5pm).
