Serve as the strategic leader of the Finance function, integrating controllership and financial oversight, ensuring strong controls, operational efficiency, and strategic support for business decisions. Main Responsibilities Consolidate controllership and financial oversight information, ensuring consistent management reporting and strategic analysis. Own FP&A, financial projections/forecasting, budgeting, and support for strategic planning. Act as the primary financial point of contact for the executive team and global stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. Lead and develop the existing team, ensuring integration across accounting, tax, treasury, and cash‑flow management. Identify improvement opportunities, implement automation and digitization, and drive greater operational efficiency. Support strategic decisions related to new business initiatives, financial reorganizations, and potential M&A processes. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Solid experience in financial management with broad exposure to controllership, audit, treasury, and FP&A. Experience in multinational companies with reporting to headquarters. Advanced English. Strategic profile with strong leadership skills and the ability to integrate cross‑functional teams. Preferred Requirements Advanced Spanish.
