About the role

As a Sales Engineering Delivery Manager, you will serve as the crucial link between our prospective clients and internal teams. You will lead technical discovery sessions and consultative introduction calls, gather essential engagement details (such as timelines, budgets, skillset requirements, risks, and SWOT analyses), and translate these insights into impactful proposals. This role requires a strong grasp of both business strategy and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), along with outstanding communication and design skills to create engaging, high‑quality deliverables.

What you will do
  • Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, following internal RACI procedures
    • Lead the Technical Discovery call with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust
    • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of the SDLC from ideation to market release
    • Use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting high‑level requirements (timeline, budget, skills, risks)
    • Present and communicate clearly to engage clients via calls and emails
  • Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation:
    • Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals
    • Customize deliverables to reflect client challenges uncovered during discovery
    • Integrate technical insights with business strategy for immediate deliverables and long‑term growth
  • Team Buildout and Project Kickoff:
    • Coordinate across Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering for smooth handoffs through buildout to kickoff
    • Act as a client‑facing concierge to maintain alignment across functions
    • Translate complex technical aspects into business‑focused narratives
    • Maintain a sales/consulting mindset to ensure proposals align with business outcomes
Must Haves
  • Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills: outstanding interpersonal skills, strong presentation and storytelling abilities
  • UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid understanding of UX principles and ability to create high‑quality decks
  • Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of SDLC, familiarity with agile methodologies, ability to discuss technical nuances with business impact
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: ability to synthesize complex information and prioritize client objectives
  • Team Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Coordination: experience working across Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting
  • Consultative Sales Experience: prior experience in pre‑sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting
  • English: Upper Intermediate level
