**Job Title:** Sales Engineering Delivery Manager

About the Position

The role of a Sales Engineering Delivery Manager is pivotal in bridging the gap between our potential clients and internal teams.

This position requires an individual who has a strong grasp of both business strategy and software development lifecycle (SDLC), along with exceptional communication and design skills to create high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Assemble a cross-functional team and align them on preliminary information following internal RACI procedures.
    • Lead technical discovery calls with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Showcase in-depth knowledge of the SDLC from ideation to market release.
    • Use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting high-level requirements.
    • Present and communicate clearly to engage clients via calls and emails.
  • Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation:
    • Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals.
    • Customize deliverables to reflect client challenges uncovered during discovery.
    • Integrate technical insights with business strategy for immediate deliverables and long-term growth.
  • Team Buildout and Project Kickoff:
    • Coordinate across sales, recruiting, and engineering for smooth handoffs through buildout to kickoff.
    • Act as a client-facing concierge to maintain alignment across functions.
    • Translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives.
    • Maintain a sales/consulting mindset to ensure proposals align with business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • UX & Presentation Design Acumen: Solid understanding of UX principles and ability to create high-quality decks.
  • Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of SDLC, familiarity with agile methodologies, ability to discuss technical nuances with business impact.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex information and prioritize client objectives.
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Experience working across sales, engineering, and recruiting.
  • Consultative Sales Experience: Prior experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Language Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level in English.
