
Senior Sales Engineering Leadership Position

We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Delivery Manager to lead technical discovery sessions and serve as the crucial link between prospective clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
About the Role- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather engagement details and translate insights into impactful proposals.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the SDLC from ideation to market release.
- Use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation:
- Develop dynamic presentation decks and customized deliverables that reflect client challenges uncovered during discovery.
- Integrate technical insights with business strategy for immediate deliverables and long-term growth.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff:
- Coordinate across Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering for smooth handoffs.
- Maintain alignment across functions and translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives.
- Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills: outstanding interpersonal skills and strong presentation abilities.
- UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid understanding of UX principles and ability to create high-quality decks.
- Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of SDLC and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: ability to synthesize complex information and prioritize client objectives.
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: experience working across Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting.
- Consultative Sales Experience: prior experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
