Role Overview

This senior sales leadership position is responsible for spearheading the sales team and developing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth across all products and product lines in Latin America.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team by recruiting, maintaining, and coaching key members
  • Manage the installed and new customer base throughout Latin America, fostering strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate demand in the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture by working closely with architecture, pre-sales, and post-sales teams
  • Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and inform strategic decisions
  • Promote Oracle's OCI and AI offerings in the market, targeting cloud-native and startup customers
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Latin American market, including knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
