Americas Sales Director, ISV Embedded Solutions
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in driving business growth and partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) for embedded solutions. As Americas Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with ISVs across the Americas region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Alliances, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing, to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies in the software and SaaS industry, staying up-to-date with market developments and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and business development to drive results.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the software and SaaS industry, including cloud models, container service offerings, and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to travel internationally, up to 20% of the time, for company events and meetings.
