As a Digital Growth Expert, you will play a pivotal role in expanding customer prospects within our ecosystem to drive accelerated and sustainable growth on our platforms.

We are seeking a passionate sales professional who can foster trusted relationships with customers, identify their business needs and craft innovative solutions to meet their ambitious goals.

You will deliver against challenging quarterly business growth objectives while prioritizing an exceptional experience and results for our advertisers across Spanish-speaking Latin America.

Close collaboration with our cross-functional primary teams is essential to consult with C-level clients and achieve national and international marketing and business targets through leveraging our comprehensive Ads solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth goals, prioritizing outstanding experience and results for Google's advertisers in Spanish-speaking Latin America.
  • Proactively identify high-potential business opportunities within our primary teams or unassigned clients' lead pools to build and manage a pipeline.
  • Develop close partnerships with our cross-functional primary teams (e.g., Engage, MMS, Agencies and UMM).
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing and business objectives using our full suite of Ads solutions.
  • Expand clients' Google Ads footprint by presenting tailored marketing solutions, implementing creative strategies to enhance existing accounts and share performance-enhancing suggestions.
