  • Collaborate closely with Growth Leads and Designers to launch campaigns that hit their mark
  • Explore and validate secondary growth channels (LinkedIn, Google) to broaden reach
RequirementsMust-Haves:
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, backed by proven Meta Ads expertise
  • A track record of scaling paid media accounts to substantial monthly spend levels
  • Strong analytical prowess; comfortable working within spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Adaptability: test fast, learn rapidly, iterate more effectively
