Are you a marketing expert looking for a challenging role? We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our integrated marketing campaigns and develop innovative strategies.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role, preferably using a modern CRM. They will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing a 30-day content calendar, and maintaining corporate social accounts on various platforms.

The successful candidate will also design graphics and short-form videos, build and maintain marketing automation workflows, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams. They will track performance metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role using a modern CRM, preferably HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in building automation workflows in Zapier or Make.
  • A portfolio showcasing self-created graphics or short videos.
  • Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills for quick analysis and reporting.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
