We seek a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Hands-on experience with asynchronous Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, platform events, and platform triggers.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models including OWD, permission sets, and custom record sharing for large-scale implementations.
  • Proven experience with SOQL optimization and designing solutions within Salesforce governor limits.
  • Hands-on expertise with integrations with MuleSoft, data modeling, and working across large enterprise applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence senior business leaders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Track record of mentoring teams, establishing architectural guardrails, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • English advanced.
