Performance Marketing Lead

We seek a seasoned Performance Marketing expert to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, driving results-oriented campaigns that deliver exceptional ROI.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies for diverse digital platforms, including paid media, social media advertising, display advertising, cold email marketing, and search engine marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using various tools and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation programs to identify effective ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in all matters related to performance marketing.
  • BUILD strong relationships and understand unique client goals and challenges.

Talent Strategy And Collaboration:

  • Drive the agency's talent strategy by identifying skill gaps and hiring needs for the performance marketing team.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing professionals.

Strategic Insight:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and ~7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
