Job Title: Senior Accountant

As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations. Your duties will include managing accounting transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing financial statements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
  • Support cash flow tracking and weekly reporting.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
  • Help develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Contribute to system improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting with certification (CPA) is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of working in accounting for at least 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
