Overview Kotlin Developer Position. We are seeking a skilled Kotlin developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features from concept to production, designing and developing high-quality software solutions using Kotlin, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, contributing to the improvement of system architecture, performance, and reliability, and mentoring junior engineers to promote technical excellence within the team. Qualifications 6+ years of professional software engineering experience. 2+ years of experience building production systems with Kotlin. Strong expertise in JVM‑based languages and functional programming. Experience with large‑scale distributed systems, service‑oriented architectures, and event‑driven designs. Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling. Proficiency with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English. Mindset focused on accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
