Chief Financial Strategist

The ideal candidate will make a significant contribution to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the strategic direction of financial operations and provide regular, in-depth financial reports. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports that meet regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements Oversee all payroll functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field such as Finance or Business Administration At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a leadership role Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings to stakeholders Fluent English language skills for writing and speaking are mandatory Why this role is important: As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and profitability.
