What We are looking for As aJunior Pre-Event Trader (Soccer), you will be responsible for ensuring first-class sports offerings, giving customers an industry-leading experience. You will be researching and analyzing data, odds compiling, and risk management of a variety of domestic and international Soccer leagues. What you will work on Compiling odds manually and using automated data feeds Managing risk on soccer events to optimize pre-event margins Conducting customer profiling and analysis on a bet-by-bet basis Improving trading tools and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive sports offering Developing and managing data-driven, analytical tools for odds creation Monitoring competitors' offers and products to provide insights and suggestions for increased competitiveness Identifying, assessing, and taking necessary actions to eliminate or minimize risks What you bring Working Experience in a relevant position is nice to have Possess strong knowledge and interest in soccer, especially the Brazilian and LATAM soccer leagues. Good understanding of sports odds Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Fluency in English – both written and spoken Strong computer skills, including advanced MS Excel proficiency Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team Willingness to work flexible hours in line with the business and sports calendar requirements including evenings, nights and weekends.
