What We are looking for As a Junior Pre-Event Trader (Soccer), you will ensure first‑class sports offerings, researching and analyzing data, odds compiling, and risk management across domestic and international soccer leagues. Key Responsibilities Compile odds manually and use automated data feeds Manage risk on soccer events to optimize pre‑event margins Conduct customer profiling and analysis on a bet‑by‑bet basis Improve trading tools and ensure delivery of a comprehensive sports offering Develop and manage data‑driven analytical tools for odds creation Monitor competitors’ offers and products to provide insights and suggestions for increased competitiveness Identify, assess, and take necessary actions to eliminate or minimize risks What you bring Relevant experience in a similar position is a plus Strong knowledge and interest in soccer, especially Brazilian and LATAM leagues Good understanding of sports odds Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment Fluency in English – both written and spoken Positive attitude and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, or related field is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation: attractive salary and bonus scheme Top‑notch equipment and tools Career growth: focused development, performance management, and training opportunities Inclusive environment: welcoming, international, multicultural team Engaging activities: events, sports, and team‑building activities At Novibet we value diversity and are committed to an inclusive and equitable workplace.
