About the Team / Role The User Engagement team focuses on retaining and activating users, ensuring consistent frequency of purchases and a strong value proposition for food on the platform. This role requires designing lifecycle engagement strategies, campaigns, and funnels to maximize user retention. In this role, you’ll be: Designing and implementing user engagement strategies to increase frequency and retention. Creating custom engagement funnels by user segment and shopping scenario. Collaborating with Product and Marketing to improve communication touchpoints. Monitoring repeat order rates, churn, and engagement KPIs. Using data insights to iterate strategies and optimize user lifecycle. Benchmarking market practices and proposing innovative engagement initiatives. We’re eager to be in touch because you have: 4+ years of experience in CRM, user engagement, or lifecycle marketing. Solid background in consumer platforms, e-commerce, or groceries. Strong analytical mindset with KPI ownership. Ability to lead cross‑functional engagement projects. Portuguese and English proficiency (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus.
