The primary accountabilities are:Agree and deliver a body of work, organized into projects and workstreams to agreed time, cost, quality, risk and benefit profiles, delivered within Client's standards and controls in Agile /Waterfall framework.Proactively analyze variances against plan to assess trends threatening agreed scope, time, cost, and quality commitments. Identify signs that a project may be at risk and take appropriate action.Engage internal and external stakeholders such as users, customers, or suppliers to fully benefit from the delivered products, services and changes happen in a timely and effective manner.Knowledge of energy trading and risk management (ETRM) Front to Back business processes including trade exchange integration, trade capture, trade valuation, confirmations, invoicing, and risk reporting is beneficial.Knowledge of the energy/commodity trading business – Power, Emissions, Gas, Oil commodities is beneficial.Good to have working experience of Endur projects covering end to end trade lifecycle processes with knowledge on some technical know abouts of integrating with other ETRM’s on energy businessHave good understanding of financial concepts - P&L, MTM, Financial Risk, Financial Instruments (derivatives traded products), settlements etcGood knowledge about the purpose and key features of various Endur managers ex. Trading Manager, Service Manager, Reference Manager etc.Entrepreneurial skills, such as a commitment to learning, critical thinking, storytelling, stakeholder management, and enabling value creation.Understand, assess and embed the right delivery methodologies, in light of project and business constraints. Skilled in turning business requirements into technical solutions.Assess programme risks as they are encountered and evaluate trade-offs between cost, time, quality, risk and ultimately benefit, continuously managing the business cases of constituent projects and workstreams.
What we need from you?Bachelor's Degree requiredMust have prior experience in Agile deliveryPrior experience in delivering a data project. (Azure delivery is a plus)Should be well versed with MS Teams, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Data Platform/services, service nowTrade lifecycle & risk managementAble to work in a team setting with resources across multiple teams within and outside of the project (Internal teams like Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Business users, Testers, ASOM and natural teams like Client DnA, Stratos , IRM, supportability, ORF, Data architecture, Solution Architecture)Attend daily stand-up meetings, coordinate project status with Solution Lead, Technical Lead and Reporting Lead on the projectWork with PMO for resourcing, monthly cost analysis, Budget vs LE reportingMaintain and update Risk Register as well as Issues registerMust have strong Program Management skillsPMP certification is desirable (MUST have)Preference for Client PM/PDF experience
