The Role:
- The Technical Delivery Manager will define and drive quality, consistency, and excellence in all aspects of the in TEC group technical delivery function.
- Ensure the Technical Delivery team deliver product orders to time, quality, and budget.
- Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between orders, projects, licenses, third parties, and platforms, as well as the risks and issues jeopardizing your team's success.
- You will ensure that the appropriate in TEC staff resources are utilized across our 6 locations and that stakeholders are regularly informed.
- Experience of working in a proactive not reactive manner.
- Experienced leader of people and the ability to influence other stakeholders to get buy-in.
- Ensure your team is sized and skilled in line with company growth, product development strategy, and sales demand.
- Experienced multi-methodology project manager (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, ITIL elements).
Ideal Profile:
- You have at least 10 years experience, ideally within a Technical Program Manager/ IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
