Strategy & Operations Manager BR - Obesity We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager – Obesity to lead high-impact initiatives across one of our most strategic and fast-growing categories. This role is about building, solving, and scaling — working on everything from improving retention and launching new initiatives to building dashboards and enabling operational excellence. This is an ideal role for people who are patient-obsessed , not just operations experts. Responsibilities Own strategic initiatives: Lead and execute projects that drive retention, operational efficiency, and launch new patient experiences within the Obesity category. Build systems that scale: Design and implement dashboards, reporting tools, and automated workflows to support decision-making and efficiency. Talk to patients — and build for them: Engage directly with patients to deeply understand pain points and turn insights into actionable solutions. Collaborate across teams: Work cross-functionally with Product, Category, Tech, Growth, and Operations to deliver impact at speed. Experiment and iterate: Rapidly test new ideas, evaluate results, and scale what works. Operate with excellence: Manage supply chains, financial processes, and operational workflows with a focus on quality and sustainability. Who You Are (Ideal Profile) You are patient-obsessed. You believe solving for the patient is the fastest way to build a great business. You’ve worked in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startups, scale-ups, or entrepreneurial settings). You’ve led projects end-to-end — from identifying the problem to implementing solutions. You have strong analytical skills, and you're comfortable using data to drive decisions. You’ve used Zapier to launch automations or internal tools. (If you’ve built something — we’d love to see it) You’re excited by the idea of launching communities, e-commerce operations, or new business lines. You bring excellence — in any form.
