Lead Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead financial teams and manage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all accounting, budgeting, and financial control processes for manufacturing plants and warehouses.
  2. Support treasury, tax, and compliance activities with standard complexity.
  3. Collaborate with business units to apply consistent accounting practices.
  4. Participate in the leadership team to drive key business metrics and develop business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Operations Management, including accounting, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • Advanced English language skills, essential.
  • Industry knowledge: manufacturing market, automotive, and industrial sectors.
  • Leadership and management skills.
