Employer Industry: Medical Technology and Healthcare Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range up to $90,000 Eligibility for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) that offers significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding goals Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and tuition assistance Opportunities for professional growth through training, mentorship, and development programs Flexible remote work position with travel requirements to customer locations Commitment to employee well-being and a supportive work environment What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives Conduct checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions Manage consignment and trunk inventory while ensuring completion of required hospital documentation Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner What is Required (Qualifications): High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy Strong communication skills, both written and verbal How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across various organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, such as SalesForce.com Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment #MedicalTechnology #HealthcareSolutions #SalesSupport #CareerGrowth #RemoteWork "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
