Job Title: AI Engineering Lead We are a healthcare innovation company that bridges the gap between clinical care and financial operations. Our mission is to revolutionize medical coding and billing through cutting-edge AI technology. Real-time guidance for physicians at point-of-care Automated coding and billing optimization Intelligent claim follow-up to reduce denials Compliance with value-based care requirements The ideal candidate will work on a recently deployed AI system that automates medical coding and billing, refining it from good to exceptional through meticulous improvement and rigorous testing. About the Role: Product Development: Develop and implement new business rules for medical consultation billing codes, adapting to changes from various insurance providers. Quality Assurance: Conduct extensive testing in staging environments and perform detailed debugging to ensure business rules are accurately implemented. Lifecycle Ownership: Be responsible for the entire process from understanding business requirements to deploying and validating code in production. Collaboration: Work closely with AI, Tech, and Data Engineering teams to maintain complete understanding of the end-to-end process.
