Estamos em busca de um(a) Contract Manager para atuar em um projeto de SECONDMENT por tempo indeterminado, com possibilidade de efetivação em uma multinacional de infraestrutura localizada no interior de SP. O(a) profissional será responsável por garantir a correta administração dos contratos, atuando de forma estratégica na análise, negociação e mitigação de riscos.
Principais responsabilidades:Analisar, revisar e redigir contratos comerciais e jurídicos complexos, garantindo conformidade com as leis e políticas internas;Negociar termos contratuais com clientes (em sua maioria do setor de papel e celulose), fornecedores e parceiros, buscando sempre as melhores condições para a empresa;Monitorar o cumprimento das cláusulas contratuais, identificando riscos e tomando medidas preventivas;Acompanhar a execução dos contratos, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e obrigações acordadas;Gerenciar possíveis disputas contratuais, auxiliando na resolução de conflitos e fornecendo suporte legal para litígios, quando necessário;Elaborar relatórios e pareceres jurídicos sobre o status dos contratos, oferecendo insights para a tomada de decisão;Auxiliar juridicamente gerentes de projetos para viabilizar o mesmo.
Requisitos obrigatórios:OAB de SP ativa;Inglês avançado/fluente;Experiência prévia na função.
Diferenciais:Espanhol avançado;Experiência com litigation e resolução de disputas contratuais;Experiência prévia no segmento de energia.
