Role Description

This is a part time contract remote role as a live streaming recruiter. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing new (potential) and veteran streamers from Tiktok and other social media networks to make live streams.



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruiting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and on team managing time effectively
  • Able to speak Portuguese fluently
  • Experience with social media platforms


Recomendations


  • Have a strong network or worked with influencers, bloggers
  • Knowledge of Tiktok Lives
  • Able to meet monthly goals for recruiting


Compensation


  • Fixed PT salary - 300$ monthly
  • Bonus for performance
  • Remote - work anywhere
