Job Description Coordinate the allocation of production manpower and cost. Support Engineering team on the definition of equipment and production flows. Participate in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions in Production. Coordinate, start up and implement standard operating procedures. Implement and support sustaining the productivity and efficiency system in the production lines. Optimize resource utilization by implementing an effective production process. Assist the research team to implement new products in the production lines. Coordinate the 3rd party workforce management towards to performance, quality and safety standards Assist in one or more processes. Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain. Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management, compliance with the Company's global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) indicators and commitments, ensuring a connection between a strategic vision of the organization and a strategic vision of its area for sustainable development in BRF chain. Academic Background Graduation in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Management or related areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
