Depending on the need, adjusts, sets up the machine for a certain type of product according to a work order issued
- Performs assembly of semi-products, subassemblies and finished products
- As a rule makes medium complex products on medium complex production lines based on written instructions and without supervision, if not specified differently trough work intructions
- Reports all observed failures to the Line Leader
- Reports to Line Leaders about his/her wor
- Cooperates with maintenance employees - gives information on the equipment, attend repairs and such
- Controls the quality of the product after manufacturing it
- Withdraws defective products, goods or materials, marks them and separates from the correct ones
- Responsible for scraps he/she makes during production process and reports it correctly
- Keeps statistics of errors made on the line
- Responsible to perform a check of the material and semi-finished material codes used, compared to the work order if the position he is working on requires so
- Responsible to fill in production documentation (work order, scrap sheet, control plan) correctly and regularly as well as to conduct up-to-date handover of the above mentioned if the position he is working on requires so
- Performs daily and weekly control of the functionality and cleanliness of machines in accordance with the defined checklists if the workplace if the position he is working on requires so
- Responsible to maintain own working place and working environment clean and tidy
- Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency and timeliness
- Upon the request of the Employer, may occasionally drive a vehicle (car), e.g. in case of a business travel, providing that he is qualified to drive, that is, fulfils all legal requirements
- Upon the direction of his supervisor performs other duties which, taking into consideration organization of the Employer’s activities, internal rules and Employer’s orders, as well as regulations and standards of profession, fall into his work obligations
