Today, we have hundreds of brands that continue to growIf you are curious, passionate about learning, Innovation and Digital, and if you want to work in a collaborative network, the **Manager Marketing Capabilities & Experimentation - LA OU** is your challenge**W**hat You’ll Do for Us**- The OU (operating Unit) Marketing Capability Manager reports into the Marketing Capabilities & Experimentation System Lead that is responsible for the implementation of the OU Mkt capability agenda, while connecting and integrating it to the global Mkt capability network.- Lead the implementation of a compelling vision and strategic agenda for Coca Cola Mkt capabilities, in anticipation of the future. This includes defining the OU agenda, resources and calendars to advance Coca Cola knowledge, skills & competencies, experiences and learning culture, leveraging external best practices and in partnership with HR.- OU Marketing Capability lead will interact regularly with the global Mkt Network Operations and Capabilities Lead, Experimentation at Scale Global Community and with OU Marketing Lead and broader OU marketing team.- The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing community.- The role must be in contact with external partners in order to bring outside-in inspiration.**EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor Degree;- 6+ years of experience including Marketing, Innovation, Capability Management, Project Management,;- We are looking for change agents that have a learning mindset, MVP approach towards lest, learn and scale, are curious, passionate about 10X mindset/tools and have a balance of creativity and business acumen, hence able to transform Marketing by bridging the future and the present, global and regional.- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred- Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred.- English is required.**PRIMARY LOCATION**:Primary location will be Brazil; however Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries).
