INFLUENCER VIDEO PRODUCER

We are looking for an Influencer Video Producer - someone who is not only highly skilled in video production and post-production, but also thrives in the social media ecosystem, especially TikTok and emerging short-video platforms. This role combines traditional media production (TVC-level content) with modern social-driven creative execution. You will ideate, shoot, edit and publish engaging videos optimized for social platforms, while also overseeing high-scale commercial productions across Brazil. We are seeking someone who understands TikTok and Instagram trends, meme culture, emotional hooks, retention strategies and storytelling formats used by top creators and influencers - someone who genuinely enjoys being online and knows how to make content that captures attention in the first 3 seconds. You will work closely with local teams in Brazil. Job Responsibilities 1. Content Ideation & Trend Monitoring: Research trending sounds, hashtags, formats, memes and storytelling frameworks across TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. Write scripts and develop creative concepts aligned with short-form performance culture. 2. Hands-On Content Creation: Shoot and edit daily content, from simple clips and vlogs to higher production short films. Create engaging and polished videos optimized for retention, impact and virality. 3. Influencer-Style Content Execution: Produce content with an authentic creator tone - dynamic cuts, subtitles, transitions, hooks, POV styles, lifestyle content, product demos, etc. 4. TVC-Level Production & Oversight: Lead larger-scale shoots, including commercials and branded campaigns. Manage agency vendors, production teams, freelancers and creative partners across LATAM. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Brazilian TikTok Live Streaming team and the broader LATAM content team to deliver consistent high-quality video output. Align content strategy with marketing goals, brand tone and campaign objectives. 6. Cultural Adaptation & Localization: Ensure all content respects cultural nuances, humor, trends, and sensitivities across different LATAM markets. Job Responsibilities As a content creator, writing the script, find the hottest '#' Topic Trend and work with the team to complete videos based on the most popular Tiktok video content of the moment. Familiar with mobile games and mobile phone industry, able to combine phone games and short videos. Working with the local Brazilian Tiktok Live Streaming Team and LATAM Team to produce daily videos for Infinix, including but not limited to event filming, 2D animation, trending videos etc. Familiarize yourself with cultures throughout the mobile phone industry or other 3C industries. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in video shooting and editing (TVC, YouTube, Short-form social content). Expert command of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or DaVinci, plus After Effects or motion graphics tools. Strong passion and experience producing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). Demonstrated ability to follow and anticipate social content trends. Understanding of LATAM culture, audience behavior, digital language and regional sensitivities. Experience in mobile tech or gaming industry is a plus. Access to and experience working with external creative agencies and production partners. Fluent English (speaking/listening required).
