Livestream Influencer Producer Associate

The Marketing team at Shopee Brazil is looking for a professional who is passionate about livestream production and influencer marketing The Livestream Influencer Producer will be under the Community Team and be responsible for talent management and production on the weekly livestream activities aligned with the business objectives.- Reaching and recruiting livestream talents who have good livestream skills (i.e. to drive sales or engagement) for Shopee Live Platform.- Ensuring the influencer program is fully operational & processes are running smoothly including planning, executing, maintaining good relationships with KOLs, and reporting.- Proactively spotting raising stars / new KOLs to actively grow Shopee Live platform.- Involve in end-to-end livestream process, scheduling of influencers lives, supporting vouchers creation and arts.- Working closely with diverse teams (e.g. social media team,designers, production, and business developers, etc.) in a fast-pace environment to execute relevant tasks.- Keep track with influencers monitoring to prevent potential crisis and act properly to restrain the negative impacts on brand;- Track KPI's and communicate results together with Analytics team- Evaluate competitors to identify emerging influencers and to recommend learnings and action points to optimize results**Requirements**:- Having a good network with Influencers / KOLs / Groups / Talents / Club is a plus.- Project management skills and ability to be creative operationally and strategically- Experience in eCommerce/ Live streaming/ Multi-Channel Network (MCN)/ OTT or related industries is a plus.- Intermediate/advanced English to work with stakeholders from across the region- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills- Positive working attitude and a strong team player- Passion for digital influencers and/or livestream
