FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to help build the financial backbone of our business. This is a high-impact, early-career role for someone who’s analytical, entrepreneurial, and excited to create structure in a fast-paced, creator-led environment. You’ll own forecasting, support strategic decision-making, and help lay the foundation for a scalable finance function. For the right person, this role has the potential to grow into a Head of Finance position as the company scales.

1–3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or startup finance

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Strong Excel/modeling skills and an ability to build from scratch with minimal direction

A builder’s mindset — you enjoy creating tools, systems, and processes from the ground up, instead of maintaining outdated systems

Curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to challenge assumptions

A strong communicator who can translate financial data into clear business insights

Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

Intellectually humble and eager to learn

Bonus: You’ve seen a startup scale or helped implement new finance tools/processes

Build the foundational finance org: systems, tools, processes, reporting cadence

Own financial planning & analysis, including forecasts, budgets, and scenario modeling

Partner closely with the Revenue, Partnerships and Executive Leadership teams to guide decision-making

Track KPIs and develop internal dashboards to surface insights

Manage cash flow, working capital, and vendor relationships

Lay the groundwork for future Finance hires

Shape the financial infrastructure of one of the fastest-growing creator companies
