Responsabilidades Gerenciar as atividades de tecnologia, envolvendo a elaboração de projetos, implantação, racionalização e redesenho de processos, incluindo desenvolvimento e integração de sistemas, com utilização de alta tecnologia. Garantir que as entregas técnicas estejam alinhadas aos objetivos estratégicos do negócio. Coordenar o trabalho das equipes, cuidando da avaliação e identificação de soluções tecnológicas, planejamento de projetos e entendimento das necessidades internas e externas, relacionadas ao negócio. Trabalhar de forma próxima aos times de Produto, Design e Segurança, garantindo eficiência, qualidade e segurança em todas as etapas do ciclo de desenvolvimento. Definir e implementar boas práticas de engenharia, incluindo arquitetura escalável, revisão de código, testes automatizados, CI/CD e observabilidade. Apoiar o crescimento técnico e profissional dos engenheiros, promovendo feedback contínuo, mentorias e avaliações estruturadas. Participar da definição da visão técnica e da estratégia de longo prazo da empresa. Ser um ponto de apoio técnico e de liderança para decisões críticas relacionadas à infraestrutura, arquitetura, segurança e performance. Gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente em diferentes plataformas e linguagens. Acompanhar métricas de eficiência e saúde do time (ex.: lead time, cycle time, incidentes). Atrair, contratar e reter talentos para o time de engenharia. Requisitos Experiência prévia como Executivo de Engenharia de Software, idealmente em empresas de tecnologia ou fintechs. Sólido background técnico em arquitetura de software, desenvolvimento web e/ou mobile, cloud computing, APIs e práticas DevOps. Vivência com ambientes de alta escalabilidade, confiabilidade e segurança especialmente sob regulação (ex.: Bacen, LGPD, PCI-DSS). Forte capacidade de comunicação e colaboração com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio. Experiência sólida com metodologias ágeis e cultura de produto. Histórico comprovado em formação e liderança de times de alta performance. Inglês fluente (desejável).
