We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving our brand's presence in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that directly impact our growth and customer engagement.This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You'll have the chance to develop your skills and make relevant contributions to impactful projects.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.- Partner closely with Sales Teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy.- Help coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.- Maintain and update the marketing materials repository, ensuring easy access for local teams.- Provide administrative support for budget tracking and reporting within marketing projects.- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and create user-friendly dashboards.**Qualifications**:**Education**:- Completed or have completed a Bachelor´s degree by the end of 2025, in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.**Qualifications**:Required:- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in Marketing, Product Management or related field.- Intermediate Spanish is required and English is a plus.Preferred:- Knowledge of MedTech or Healthcare industries is a plus.- Ability to navigate through ambiguity in both strategic and tactical matters.- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
